Ephesians 4:32: Kindness in ordinary exchanges
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

Choose one shared routine, perhaps a meal or a journey. Put away a distraction and ask a question that gives another person space to speak. Small, repeated acts can make room for care.
